The Three big things that stuck out to me this week were...
Your indecision IS a decision. To not make a choice is making a choice in itself
Good decisions are made by a solid base of accurate facts, wise council, clearly defined goals on top of a vision or goal. and last but not least the four D's of decision making
Don't: if it's not your responsibility to do something let the person whose responsibility it is do it
Delay: if it's not the right time to do it... Wait
Delegate: if someone else is better at what your doing let them do it
Do it: if none of the previous things apply DO IT
Emotions shouldn't be what drives your decisions. Like Tim Jones said, " your emotions should be like the caboose of a train, going along for the ride NOT driving the train."
